TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT/CONTRACT BETWEEN ACADEMIC TUTORING SERVICES AND THE SCHOOL BOARD OF SARASOTA COUNTY
Description
Academic Tutoring Services has had ongoing breach of contract issues which has contributed to the decision to terminate the contract. These are outlined in detail within the attached letter.
Recommendation
That the School Board of Sarasota County approve the Termination of Academic Tutoring Services Title I SES contract with the School Board of Sarasota County.
